RE: Afghan refugee status seekers

Dear Afghanistan Special Parliamentary Committee Member:

Many refugee applicants from Afghanistan are nonbelievers or apostates. In fact, they are the most vulnerable since the Taliban are committed to destroying any people who do not accept their extreme form of Islam.

Official Canadian policy seems to favour religious refugee applicants. Indeed, there is clear evidence of the existence of a Less Complex Claims policy that fast tracks religious refugee claimants ahead of non believing applicants. Please take the extreme plight of Afghan nonbelievers and apostates into account during your deliberations about how to help Afghan refugee claimants.
